Abdullahi Mohamed Ismail is a highly experienced humanitarian and environmental practitioner with a strong background in climate change adaptation, environmental safeguards, and sustainable development. With a career spanning diverse roles in Kenya and Somalia, he has led numerous Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs), developed Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs), and coordinated multi-sectoral programs across agriculture and livestock systems. Abdullahi has actively participated in global forums such as the United Nations Climate Change Conferences, including COP24, and has contributed to policy-level climate discussions. His strategic insight and extensive training have helped secure key partnerships and industry recognition, earning awards in the conservation space.
